Eligible Training Providers List (ETPL) of Alaska
The Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) includes all training programs eligible for federal training funding through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). Training programs must meet the minimum standards in terms of participant completion rates, participant employment rates and participant earnings upon completion of the training program to be listed on the ETPL.
The Division of Employment and Training Services (DETS), in partnership with the Alaska Workforce Investment Board identifies and certifies training programs that meet required performance levels. Approved programs are eligible to receive WIOA funding to train Adults, Dislocated Workers, and Youth program participants.
To be eligible for the ETPL an application for each training program must be submitted to DETS.
Alaska does not list training providers from other states on Alaska’s ETPL. Other state’s eligible training provider lists can be accessed at careeronestop.org
