Business Enterprise Program

The Division of Vocational Rehabilitation's (DVR) Business Enterprise Program (BEP) provides employment opportunities to people who experience blindness and other severe disabilities by establishing businesses such as food service, gift shops and vending machines, which these individuals manage. The businesses are operated on federal and state property, as mandated under the Randolph-Sheppard Act and the Chance Act. Interested individuals should contact their DVR counselor or the BEP coordinator.
